This post has been a long time coming, and it's finally here! I'm sharing my favorite beauty products, the things I could not live without, with you all today. I love trying out new products (if you saw my vanity, you'd think I was crazy), but so many of them end up disappointing me and are just left there untouched. I've used the following products for years, so they are tried and true and my holy grail products.

In the spirit of summer, I thought it'd be fun to host a giveaway with all these items. I don't know about you, but I'm always more inclined to get dolled up in the summer -- maybe it's because I feel like there are more events to attend, and I'm actually in good spirits and have more energy when it's warmer out.

As you can see, the bulk of my beauty products are skincare products. I don't wear very much makeup (only to parties and such), and even then, just the absolute bare minimum. I have ridiculously sensitive skin, so I use as little product as possible to prevent any irritation. I have combination skin that errs on the oily side, and all of these products feel like they were made just for me.

La Mer moisturizer // This it one of the priciest beauty products I own, but it's so worth it! At $315 for 2 oz., I expected this moisturizer to completely revamp my complexion and more, and boy did it. My skin goes through phases where I have patchy dry spots that no mask or moisturizer can tackle. That's when I reach for this moisturizer, slather it on before bedtime, and wake up to refreshed skin. After all these years, I'm still blown away by how well it works. It's as if my skin absorbed several gallons of water overnight, no joke. Given the price, I just use this product on my face, but it works on hands, too, according to mother dearest.

Lorac palette // My makeup routine, if you can even call it that, consists of dotting some concealer under my eyes, applying mascara, packing on some shadow, and maybe some eyeliner. That's it. I prefer using palettes, since everything I need is all in one place; however, it's difficult for me to find one that has all the shades I need. This Lorac one has a nude base, a rosy pink shade, and a shimmery brown -- the only three shades that I use.

Chanel nail polish (1, 2) // I've raved about Chanel polishes, and these two shades (504 and 528) are my favorites! I only wear pinks and reds, and I've found these two to be the perfect shades to wear throughout the year. Of course, I branch out to brighter hues in the spring and summertime, but you can never go wrong with these two.

Peter Thomas Roth exfoliant // I've shared this product plenty on Instagram, but surprisingly, never on here. If you're someone who likes to see products in action, this one's for you! I use this on my entire body because it's immensely satisfying (albeit disgusting) to see all the dead skin roll off. In between using this exfoliant, I use a sugar scrub for deeper exfoliation.

Yves Saint Laurent concealer // Concealer and eyeshadows were the first makeup products that I bought when I started experimenting. I continued using concealer throughout high school and college because my dark circles were terrible. I found this concealer to be the best at brightening and concealing. A little goes a long way, and one of these lasts me over a year.

Chloé Eau de Parfum // This one's no surprise, y'all have seen this perfume on here plenty of times. There are a few perfumes in my everyday rotation, but I use this one the most. It's the loveliest scent -- a nice blend of floral and fruity. I literally wear it everywhere, even when I go workout.

Chanel sunscreen // Sunscreen that isn't sticky? Count me in! This sunscreen has a watery consistency and goes on like lotion (minus the residue). It's my go-to sunscreen on most days, and when I need something waterproof, this Shiseido one is great, too.

Lancôme makeup remover // You won't believe how many makeup removers I've tried in my lifetime. I always go back to this one because it's pure magic. Even the most waterproof of mascaras come off in one wipe. If you've never tried this product, I highly recommend it.

Glam Glow mask // I've tried drugstore face masks, unnecessarily costly ones, and everything in between, but nothing is as good as the Glam Glow mask. I love that it tingles while it's on, and my skin immediately clears up after I wash it off -- it basically "resets" my skin.

Lancôme lash curler // My eyelashes are straight as can be, and much like my hair, extremely difficult to curl. I used to use the Shu Uemura lash curler, but since I could only buy them in Hong Kong, I had no choice but to find something more accessible. Rumor has it that Lancôme bought the Shu Uemura lash curler patent, which is why it works so well, especially on Asian eye shapes.

Clinique eye cream // I started using eye cream religiously in high school because I had terrible dark circles. I went through so many of these creams. I popped them in the fridge for an extra cooling sensation, which also helped de-puff my eyes. Oddly enough, my circles and puffiness are nowhere near as bad now, but this still remains my (and Samuel's!) favorite eye cream.

Clinique moisturizer // I've been using this moisturizer for over ten years, and I don't see myself ever stopping. I love gel moisturizers because I don't feel greasy or weighed down. I use this moisturizer year-round, and it does an excellent job keeping my skin plump.

Clinique cleanser // When it comes to cleansers, I need something that'll make my face feel extra squeaky clean. This is a very mild cleanser that does just that. I love that it's not a "one size fits all" kind of product; you can pick up the extra mild, the mild, or the oily formula, whichever best suits your skin type.

Bobbi Brown shadow stick // I use this shadow stick as eyeliner. I never liked how normal eyeliner felt during application (made my eyes water too much), while regular pressed shadows would smear off too quickly. These creamy shadow sticks have great staying power, and typically last the entire night.

Chanel mascara // Like I said above, I have ridiculously straight lashes. Once they're finally curled, they definitely need some extra oomph. This Chanel mascara gives me that full lash look that I wish I had naturally without weighing down my lashes.

Moroccan Oil (1, 2, 3, 4) // I receive handfuls of questions regarding my hair. In short, my hair is naturally very straight and sleek, and it has never been colored. It does not hold a curl, no matter how much it's set or how much product is used. I've learned to accept that, and to maintain it, I use these Moroccan Oil hair masks. When I feel my hair is unruly and uncharacteristically dry and frizzy, I use the restorative mask, which whips it back into shape. I use the weightless hydrating mask and the smoothing mask the most to keep my hair sleek, shiny, and healthy. In the peak of winter and summer, when the extreme temperatures take a toll on my hair, I reach for the intense hydrating mask.

And that's it, folks! I've got a bunch of all-natural products that I love, too, but I thought I could cover that in its own blog post (and giveaway?). I hope you enjoyed this, and hopefully, discovered a few new products to try out.
