GARDEN PARTY

It’s always love at first site when it comes to Kate Spade dresses. I only wish that I had a bottomless bank account so I could buy everything that comes out! I limit myself to 5 items per new release, but trust me, I want it all!

Easy breezy flowy dresses are my personal favorite things to wear. Believe me when I say that I was twirling all day long!

This dress is made of the dreamiest silk with a print reminiscent of flower fields. I tend to gravitate towards dresses that have more coverage, so the sleeves were much welcomed. I'm also a sucker for detailing, so the flower lace trim is the cherry on top.

I'd intended to wear raffia slides with this midi dress, but the dress ended up being nicer than I assumed, so I went with a pair of my Soludos espadrille wedges. I own these wedges in white and blush, both proven to be favorites when the weather warms up. The only thing that I dislike about these shoes is the ribbon -- if you plan on doing much walking, they will fall down a bit, which sometimes drives me nuts.

They're such a neutral option that'll pair fabulously with all the sundresses and shorts that you'll be wearing in the upcoming months.

On my last trip back to California, my aunt surprised me with this straw bag, knowing how much I love them. I wore it turned around for the pictures, but it actually has white stars embroidered on the other side. My favorite feature of this bag is the drawstring closure, so even if I take this bag to the beach, it'll keep (most of) the sand out while keeping my belongings more out of reach than if it were an open tote.

I know I often rave about Kate Spade dresses (they're just too perfect!), but this dress is seriously one of my all-time favorite dresses from them. I may or may not hosting a birthday giveaway where I'll be sending this dress and my birthday dresses to a lucky lady in the upcoming week or so...
