BABY BLUES

I bought this gorgeous Monique Lhuillier dress to wear to a Bat Mitzvah last weekend, and I wanted to feature it on here because I loved it so much. Monique Lhuillier is one of my all-time favorite designers. I visited their store in New York a few years ago and I was so in love with everything. She has a knack for creating the loveliest luxurious pieces that are whimsical and ultra sophisticated.

Because I don't have black-tie galas that I need to attend every week, I can't constantly purchase thousand dollar Monique Lhuillier frocks, much to my dismay. However, I'm obsessed with her ML Monique Lhuillier line, with most pieces falling under $500. I've accumulated several dresses from that line and they're fabulous party dresses.

I'm also quite smitten with my new Pop and Suki bag. I don't own anything like it, and I've had my eye on the much pricier Mark Cross one for quite some time, so I was thrilled to find this alternative. I can easily transform this bag into a fancier evening bag
I have been wearing my Paul Green pumps with all my dresses lately. Once broken in, they just feel like comfy flats. This pair is a dressier style, which has paired so well with plenty of my dresses. They even look great dressed down with skinny jeans.
